Keagha Carscallen

People over profit.

Keagha Carscallen

(she, her) is a holistic health practitioner

For two decades, she has been using manual & subtle body therapy, homeopathy, herbalism, functional nutrition, and natural therapeutics as foundational medicine. Her professional craft is a culmination of long-term apprenticeships and formal education. She practices the medicines that assisted in her own recovery from a decade long near-fatal chronic illness, opioid addiction and medical abuse.

She specializes in working with the intricacy and complexity of chronic mental & physical illness, trauma, and injury.  She has extensive experience in (not exclusive to) newborn & pediatric care, pregancy & postpartum, pelvic floor symptoms, concussions & traumatic brain injuires, joint & spinal injuries, neurodivergency and chronic illnesses.  The medicines she uses are tools to precisely address trauma, release the injury pattern, correct the misalignment or imbalance, allowing the person’s own healing ability to take over and assist the person in regaining their vitality, on all levels – physical, mental, emotional, and energetic. In addition to an in-person practice, she offers telehealth with people across the US and internationally.

Her expertise comes from a long line of medicinal savants, with decades of formal study and long-term apprenticeships, including manual and etheric medicine and naturopathic studies with Dr. Robert Stevens, the homeopathic wisdom of Dr. Robin Murphy, herbal studies with botanical crone Trina Sims, and functional nutrition with Andrea Nakayama.

Keagha’s practice is based in an equitable, reparative & community care framework.

The services Keagha provides do not require licensure in, nor is there any licensure in California and as such, she is providing unlicensed healing arts service.

She specializes in working with the complexity of chronic illness, trauma, and injury. The medicines she uses: hand medicine, homeopathy, supplementation, herbal medicine, natural therapeutics are the tools she employs to best understand & address the trauma or injury pattern and to then allow the person’s own healing ability to take over and assist the person in regaining their vitality, on all levels – physical, mental, emotional, and energetic. As a cis white woman, Keagha’s care model based in an equitable & reparative framework is informed by decades of working with people and communities, with BIPOC, queer, trans, and non binary people, and white comrades dedicated to counter white supremacy and oppression/ liberation work. Decolinization and ancestoral work is one of the many ways that allow her to live in this world as a better human being. Keagha is among many who carry these medicines forward, hand medicine that has evolved from the old bone setters in the African Diaspora, China, Europe and yogic mystics in India, and homeopathic practices of “like cures like ” stemming from indigeneity practices on every continent. As a white cis gender person, with strong Danish roots and Irish, German and French Canadian branches, she does the work her ancestors were unable to do. Building reparational and equitable relationships is key in her life and in her professional practice. Keagha compassionate’s and steadfast approach to assisting people in their own healing journey is centered in restorative justice, love and community care.
