What to expect with Keagha
The initial consultation is 1 hour and 30 min. Follow ups are 1 hour session includes a brief intake at the beginning of each appointment. The remainder of the time is used for either hands-on treatment and/or homeopathic consultation to address your primary concerns. We assess what methods of treatment will best address your overall symptoms. Sessions are fully clothed.
What to expect with Eddie
The initial consultations and all follow up appointments are one hour. Each session will consist of a combination of an appropriate assessment, manual therapy, and instruction in self care activities. In most instances the majority of the treatment session will be hands on
To Schedule
Office visits for Keagha are scheduled on-line. Keagha’s schedule for each month is available on-line on the 1st of the prior month.

Payment
We are out of network with insurance. If you have a PPO coverage, Eddie’s physical therapy services may be covered by insurance companies. Keagha’s services are not covered. If you believe your insurance may cover physical therapy, Eddie can provide a superbill with billing codes for you to submit to your insurance company to see if you receive reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of service. Keagha accepts cash, checks and credit cards.
Eddie accepts cash, checks, Venmo and Zelle. No credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires that you notify us of your need to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time, or you will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment. For Monday appointments, cancellations need to be emailed or left by voicemail by Friday at 5pm.
If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please don’t hesitate to ask prior to your initial visit.
